The RCEP and ASEAN Economic Partnership
ASEAN is a very different dynamic and very different economies than when you think back to the financial crisis. I see Chinese capital becoming very mobile and Chinese companies opening up subsidiaries and plants all over ASEAN through this free trade agreement or common market agreement. And also under the RCEP, China for example does not have featured agreements with Korea and Japan but now under RCEP they again become part of a one big family of trade where again, cost of doing trade would be substantially cheaper.
