The More You Sweat in Training, the Less You Bleed in War

The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in war. 90% of your time should be ben practising, planning, preparing and ten % is in the doing. The title tho look smarter, not harder? It's the overarching idea that i want you to do things deliberately, thoughtfully. I want you to think differently and deeper. And just doing something thousands of times does not make you better.
