Is There a Baseline Issue With Forestry Carbon Offsets?
The Guardian found that more than 90% of carbon offsets on the Vera platform didn't lead to actual carbon removal. Aisa: "This is bad news for carbon removal, for forest carbon" And it's a little dispiriting that even the one that we want to believe in and there's so much money going towards isn't really pulling down CO2.
