How Does Foresight Group Help With Culture?

Lovitt: I want to get sense for our listeners how they could engage with foresight group. So im a just pretend i'm an executive pastor of a church, i don't know, 15 hundred people. We've got 25 staff a, and i sense that there's some stuff on our culture that i think we need to address. How does foresight help with that? And thinks for thanks for that quest.
