Is There an Overproduction of Phds?

i don't worry about the overproduction of ph d, ause i think that getting ph d. Is a good thing. It's an individual choice. The vast majority of people who get ph ds are not going to become tenure professors some day. But if they still want to get a p ch d, knowing that, i think that's awesome.
