"I totally understand that when you're really trapped in the throes of this, it can be really hard to even think about exercise," she says. "It can't just be throwing your legs up against the wall or just kind of like rolling around on the ground a little bit just to get you moving and getting your body and muscle activated a little bit." She adds: "For me when I'm feeling really anxious like that's like fuck it. I need to get out of here".
