The Real Estate Market Is on the Rise
The asking price for the town was 925 thousand dollars, which brent didn't have. So he called up the listing agent and offered over asking,. way over asking, one point four million dollars. The only problem there is that i had nowhere near the amount of cash that we needed to purchase this property. And so tht was a fairly stressful day when you wire, especially half your life savings and a deposit that doesn't get refunded if you don't get the oney together.
