Food Wars, the Anime?

I'm very opposed to this deification of chefs through these beauty glory shots. It makes people think that cooking is for geniuses and not for people. Have you seen the television show, Kitchen Confidential starring Bradley Cooper based on the Anthony Bourdain memoir? They've actually never seen it. I tried to do an oral history about when Emeril had a sitcom on NBC. And I couldn't get enough people to talk about it.
