Research out of the wharton school of business at the university of pennsylvania showed that a 15 minute mindfulness meditation improved decision making by reducing sunk cost bias in investment decisions. Not everyone's into meditation, I personally don't find it very helpful. Things like yoga incorporate mindfulness aspects, and so does a ur savoring walk, which is a type of mindfulness meditation that takes you outside. And any time you see something that promotes awe in you, that makes you think, "That's a really nice thing i am experiencing"
