Do You Have Conscience About the Partnership?
As the firm grows, do you have conscience about it becoming too corporate or too structured? I was very kind of defiant in terms of staing out, i can do it all. And so that's been this kind of dance. We don't spend an enormous amount of time trying to not be or appear at we are a corporation. It also relieves us to work on the things that were genuinely good a good at - which is the design of project. There should be a room and a track for those people that just really care about, like their craft, rightye.
