The Inconcevability Argument Against Physicalism
I was wondering if we could maybe go over one of your arguments for at least name material mind or you know, against physicalism. Maybe briefly, could you lay out as you do in the paper what what the conceivably argument is and then we could talk about how yours is different. Okay so this whole this whole argument is predicated on substance dualism, and some of the listeners are going well who cares. So I think that's the way that we can do this is to have a complex consciousness or that has different kinds of conscious experiences than I do. Most straightforwardly we can conceive of zombies so a zombie in the philosopher senses being that's physically identical to say a conscious human
