The Immediacy of Your Character in the Workplace

In sports, it feels like it's not addressing your character a lot. It doesn't feel as much like talking about somebody's character in an office. I think it has to do with the immediacy thing, which is, like, this has an immediate result. We need to bring that more into the workplace. So not from now onif tracy doesn't do something right, i want you to just go tackle her and right up against the wall.
