Kajuto for Cello and Orchestra
This is by De Brinka Tabacava and it's called Kajuto for cello and orchestra. I started off in a similar mindset and then as it continued, it's a real sucker punch. What I liked about this piece as well is it's not typical of a concerto. But what I loved about this is how the cello seems to kind of organically grow out of the sound of the rest of the strings. It makes it feel like for me, expansive and it feels like this voice is rising out of the crowd.
