The Importance of Photography Outside of Iran
This is the first time you've showed women nude as well. Does it mark a sort of passage for you? You know, I have lived outside of Iran for so long. And I decided that I need to turn my lens into this country where I've immigrated for a long time. But also that my subjects are truly so universal.
