Introduction
Naham, chapter two continues the prophetic warning of the lord's approaching judgment upon nineveh. The passage refers to the downfall of the city of nineveh in six 12 b c at the hands of a median and babylonian army. Rather than merely telling us what's going to happen, it paints a picture for us,. an arresting portrayal, in snapshots and cut scenes, of how the downfall of ninev will appear.
