Is Government Taxing the Unprinting of Money?

If borrowing to spend is inflationary and taxing to spend isn't, then what you could do is declare the parts of the budget that fund the Bank of England and his sixth-figure salary. Warren's hey, look, if government spending is the printing of money, then government taxing is the unprinting of money. I think it works pretty well there as well. And on the little point, I once, it's a long time ago, he was at a conference. You know when these guys advocate these monotrist types, free market types, they always add to the kids certain policies. We just say I think Labour's a factor of production. They don't think about
