Palliative care can be really helpful in helping with symptom management, especially this patient who looks emaciated, he's clearly not doing well overall. It might actually be more opioids, but it's just discerning what's causing the obstruction. And you mentioned getting surgery involved, medical oncology, is there anyone else to consider in these patients?
