Can Black Hole Form Stars?

If we want to understand our long-term future in the universe, we need to know if more stars are going to be made. Can black holes form stars? I think this is a little bit of a rehabilitation of the reputation of black holes. You could learn so much about the universe or that family by opening their closet slash black hole.
