21 Day Challenges - How Do You Stay Consistent?
I'm in my extreme healthy not really drinking alcohol eating vegan phase but check in next month because I'll probably be eating like burgers and pizza and drinking tons of wine. The main motivator for me is always just remembering all of the things that I've ever accomplished have been a culmination of these habits so when you realize that you just reverse engineer it and you say okay I want to do this so let me reverse what those steps look like. If i even carve out one four-hour chunk every week to do this i will accomplish more than putting it off for weeks on end That's a tip for for me specifically as well overall though I do think having an accountability partner is a hack no
