The Difference Between Being Clubbed, Knocked Out, and Wake Up in Detroit

It's based on the idea that there's a shortage of people in America who would do anything for a decent paycheck, which like, what a weird thing to believe. Like, it just doesn't make any sense when it's like, you can just put an ad in a newspaper and people will apply for jobs. But there is a difference between people being clubbed, knocked out in Cambodia, and they wake up in Detroit. That doesn't happen.
