How to Draw Cards in Dusk Legion Duelists

Dusk Legion duelist draws a card only once each turn. Espersentinal only happens on the first non-creature spell and opponent plays. Welcoming Vampire wants to have little creatures under the battlefield. Tukosia's Welcome is about Mana value, not power. These are sort of the generically good ones.
