The Pandemic and the Bittersweet

What would our culture look like if we were not always putting a good face on everything? I think it would look more interesting for one thing. You know, people would talk to each other in a more real way. I also hold out the hope that to do this could repair some of the fraying social bonds that we're experiencing. How has the pandemic changed your thinking about bittersweet? Has it complicated things for you? No, for me, it's actually simplified things.
