Amargit sada, known as the world's youngest killer, murdered his own baby sisters when he was eight years old. He also killed a third child, six months old, and apparently was laughing at it all. Amargi says that this is really just shows how far america has fallen in terms of its ability to deal with people who are mentally ill or have mental problems.
