How to Avoid Procrastination in Your Professional Life?

As a teacher, I love my students, but I hate looking through all their feedback. So how do I avoid procrastination on that? You know, there was this research paper that came out by a yell at Fishbok on goal fusion. It's also R.E.A. Kooplansky. And they both worked on goals for a long time, you know, arguably their whole careers. But the idea of goal fusion is if say you have a tedious task, like, I have to look through all the comments about my lecture so I can revise my plan for the next lecture, but that's not that fun.
