We have to forget about looking for the perfect or idea of training because it doesn't exist. I like to say that a website in training program is the one that flows by itself. If we are doing it right, we will train hard when we are ready and slow down when we are tired. We must avoid a reductionism and focus more on what happened as a whole. The same training that makes you improve in one context can make you worse in a different one.
