Milo: I like some limited range of motion mostly in bench press. Eric: It's really important to bring in those anecdotes because the very nature of the way we do scientific comparisons is we say, oh, is A better than B. Milo: Injuries typically occur with high force or power productions at an end range of motion of a joint. And yeah, like training at extreme end range is emotion; it might be good for hypertrophy but it is also more stressful to the joint.
