Steve Marriott and the Moments
Marriott was going to form a duo with friend of his, Davy Jones. The idea was that they call themselves David and Goliath. That could have been a great band, but it never got past the idea stage. Marriott had become friendly with another part-time musician called Runny Lane. They were in a band called The Outcasts, who played the same circuit as the moment.
