Morgan Lewis's Separation From Trump
There aren't many cases that have been brought against lawyers in tax matters. Those are the sort of open and closed cases that are easier to prosecute I would assume. This is all happening at the same time that Morgan Lewis is trying to separate itself from Trump and the Trump Organization as a client. A week or two before the judge made this ruling the firm said publicly that it would be no longer representing Trump or his companies.
