The signs of a large vessel occlusion which is confirmed on ct angiogram they have mca and your interventional neuro i don't know if it's radiology or neurosurgery or your place are standing next to you the lab is ready in this day and age. In light of a recent chinese study as well i think if everything is is a go uh just proceed with the thrombectomy. If there's delay or if it's going to be a while if they have to come in from home you're going to give the tpa in that case.
