Educating Girls Globally - What Is the Situation Today?

Erena bakovo is the director general of unesko irena. She says that against all odds educating girls matters. 30 million girls are out of primary school, and more or less the same number is at the secondary level. There are too many drop outs after primary education, of girls. This is not acceptable because it's a huge impediment to development globally.
