Women Are Less Likely to Ask

Race and gender are very rarely addressed. And i think a lot of times it's because the people who are writing the book can't speak to that from their experience. So there have to be, we either have to change the way that we react to people in the negotiating context or we need to reduce the number of situations where people are forced to negotiate for themselves.
