Nigel Adams, the MP for Selby and Aunty in New York, definitely is standing down. Nadine Dory's his seat in mid-Bethfordshire. We're still not sure because she said she's standing down, but she hasn't actually done that yet. If you move a writ for a by-election, then you then have 21 to 27 working days to hold the by-election. Once that time period has passed, she could then stand down and Driesi Sinak would have to announce another by-election date. He wants to get it all over and done with.
