There can be a personal comfort or discomfort about who you talk to about menopause. We've got so many examples of male managers, male advocates who are really passionate about providing that support. And equally, we have some experiences where people have been managed by a female and not felt that that supports in place. So I don't feel it's a gender-specific piece. It's more about the education and understanding they have and the skills they have as a manager.
