Even doing a kickoff call as important as it is is not enough you really have to have people calling customer success folks who follow up with after sale calls, he says. "Having a champion at the firm is always a good idea if it can be pulled off" He also suggests using the customer success approach of not regarding the sale as over until you know you can get a renewal because you've followed up with with your customer.
