In 2013, it was still pretty difficult to get financing. Oddly enough, I messed up my credit in college. And then eventually once that late payment fell off and bangs started to get a little bit more lenient, I found a bank,. They did a blanket loan just to take out on all of my assets. So finally, I was able to kind of refinance everything, have a nice chunk of chat capital now, use that as a down payment on my first kind of larger multi-billion dollar deal. That's how kind of we started to really grow. We didn't hire our first employee to 2018, which was five years after we started. Our first institutional deal
