How Do You Evaluate the Models?

I think if I'm not mistaken, y'all made a big change to FBI either with the NFL or with college this year. Can you speak about that or more generally? How do you know when you need to improve? Where do you get feedback from? Who decides the way it's run? Just what does that process look like? You guys are kicking out these models that actually make a difference.
