When starting out with machine learning, do you take the approach of a, starting with simple statistical models, or do you dive right into to deep learning? Woth what suggest armar approach toys. Ah. Well, so in my book, it, i mean, kind of, i hit statistics really early in the book, sort of trying to drive home affet, what what effect size means versus what a statistical significance means. Cause they're very different. But i feel like you need both of them. You can't just have a statistical significance a and without knowing what the effect ires because could be very small.
