My guest, Lauren Gaines, has a background in school psychology and has taught at the University level. More recently Lauren began wearing the title of “homeschool Mom”.

In today’s interview Lauren tells us about the cognitive triangle, how to help kids “take captive their thoughts” and the power of metacognition (thinking about what you’re thinking about.)
