i would only check my phone during like, little braks. It took me like half way through my run just to be like, you your thoughts are terrible. The people in the experiment that had the easier time were incredibly active. That was the group that had a much easier time with it. There's an addictive, just brain wiring piece that can go away pretty quickly. And then they don'tlike thet i don't need to, i don'tneed to avoid that, rightly.
