In human life, you're going to have just like stepping on a tack with your foot. The contact leads to pleasant or unpleasant initial experience. And then the next stage is liking or disliking. And then that leads to pushing away or grasping either a version of dislike and pushing away. When we stay on this body, mind, mental level, we don't need to restrict the basic physical level, emotional level. We need to distinguish what is the identity level that doesn't need to grasp,. That's always okay.
