Can You Eclipse a Black Hole?

A black hole doesn't give off any light, so it can't cast a shadow. But we do think that black holes do give off a little bit of radiation in some cases. So if you move away from just like the classical general relativity pure black sphere and talk about like the quantum version of it, then that could be eclipsed.
