The Different Timelines for Long COVID Recovery

Long COVID was the condition post-virus lasting more than 12 weeks. There's a range of options for how long it's taken people to recover. I've definitely found in terms of exercise if we stop things like breathing exercises can be really really helpful. Even after you're in the acute phase we tend to get a lot of thoracic tightness even if there's not been a lot of chest issues. People can find like dysfunctional breathing effects matter so I think even if you've had mild COVID go to your physio and get some good input in terms of chest tightness release and some breathing rehab.
