And then when be filed it's brief on the merits, that's when it directly said, hey, you should just go ahead and overturn rowin casey. The only clinic there performs abortions only up to 16 weeks so tat the narrow effect of this law on mississippi is pretty small. But if the court could find a way to uphold this law, and just limited to the facts of this caseif the 15 week band in mississippi, right now, the only clinicthere performs abortions onlyup to 16 weeks.
