Lara says she used to be a nightmare at planning meals in advance. She now does it once or twice a week, and cycles through ten different recipes. But how did you get to the point? Lara: Part of it was i stepped back from doing too much. I had to take out that really full on career and be able to breathe. And so then i was able to do that. And i enjoy cooking now, you'rve gous. Now i'm not exhausted at the end of the day a'm having to throw some food together for everybody, just for fuel. So what you're basically doing is youre building a structure.
