Conversational AI platforms are becoming more customer experience platforms in general. Google's recent partnership with UJET kind of brings that whole package together, possibly maybe for the first time that I've seen. We have been serving customers with that integration as well. But what I feel is that there has to be more deeper integration where, for example, bot has picked up call once the bot wants to transfer the context to the agent.
