The Difference Between Active and Passive Viewing in Basketball

Basketball is complicated enough that it requires active viewing to really understand what's happening in the margins. It reminds me of that that tweed i mentioned from zac earlier, like you have to watch the game to figure out the additional things and what you're trying to contextralize. I think the things we already have stats for are clear that we're trying tocontextalize them in some way. The things that we can develop language for, like gravity, we might not have the stats yet, but we know to kind of look for it when we watch.
