The Fed's Communication on Rates
If the real rate continues to move more entirely, it has been, I think that financial markets will take notice pretty soon. So if we get a kind of normalization or a catch-up, even if it's a brief rise in rates, which people call a bear steep,. And that will be where tightening takes place. We've had rates under, and that's really helped out the housing market. The Federal Reserve is also communicating at the same time simultaneously a mild recession, potentially in the second half. Potentially, that's going to develop.
