Noel Dunphy's Allegations Against Rudy Giuliani Are Frightening and Disturbing

Noel Dunphy filed a 70-page complaint against Rudy Giuliani on Monday. She claims that after she was hired by the New York City mayor in January of 2019, he sexually assaulted her and refused to pay her wages. The suit also alleges that Giuliani engaged in repeated lewd behavior, including forced oral sex and intercourse. If those tapes should prove to be true then it will show him as an absolute monster. He's no longer just a pathetic aging schlepper in a Borat movie. He's just a fucking creeper.
