I usually see how are you, how are you doing? How's it going? Okay. But I feel like with what have you been up to? I always think of it as I would only use it if I haven't seen this person in a while. So we have no problem, but you can also say no big deal or no biggie. It feels a little more like, oh, what are your plans? What are you up to later this evening? This one is used a little bit more for things or events happening on the near future.
