How to Fight a Fire

We very rarely use water. Water is like so ridiculously heavy and pretty much useless because it's just like it's gone. We have flappers which is I guess a little less like a radical of a term than you might think for an extremely handy tool. They also fight fire with fire. With diesel and gasoline torches the hot shots start a new fire near the edge of the forest fire. That new fire burns up all the fuel between the crew and the wildfire, containing the blaze within a boundary.
